Hi. I'm Jack. I've had a love for photography since I was a teenager and bought my first Minolta 35mm single lens reflex camera. I especially enjoyed capturing images of nature and the people and places that make the rural South, where I grew up, so special. But after I got married and got busy raising three children, I had to put what was my amateur avocation aside. For the next several years, my photos were limited to my kids' school and sporting events, family get-togethers and shots from the occasional camping/fishing trips to the Gulf of Mexico. After I retired three years ago, I found I had the time to renew my passion for taking photos. I especially enjoy capturing images of God's creation and (quite by accident) discovered that I enjoy shooting the action, competition, patriotism, dedication and even the light-hearted and candid moments found in the rodeo arena. Please take a look at my work. I think you will find something that catches your eye.
